Good News - Tim Godfrey Has Been Found!!!
Tim was found this morning. He was found locked up at the last of 13 robbery scenes his abductors forced him to accompany them to. Though badly beaten, he is very much alive and well. Thank God :)

Susy Q Murdered At 1004 Flats
I heard about the death of Susy Q yesterday afternoon. Until her death, she was the owner of SQ Lounge. Information received was that she was stabbed to death at her flat on the 6th Floor of D Block, 1004 flats. The man who killed her jumped from the 6th floor (12 stories up) to his death when people were rushing towards him. I just received the below message from a friend this afternoon. She and others involved in the message will remain anonymous:

An American teenager who strangled and stabbed a nine-year-old neighbour because she wanted to know how it felt to kill someone has been jailed for life. Alyssa Bustamante, 18, was 15 when she confessed to the murder of Elizabeth Olten in their small Missouri town. In her diary, she described the experience as "pretty enjoyable."

It's Franjazzy Again - Vanilla ice cream
Ingredients
1 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
300ml Milk
3 Large Egg yolks
85g Sugar
284ml Whipping Cream
METHOD
1. Put the milk into a saucepan and add vanilla
2. Bring the mixture almost to the boil, and then remove from the heat, cover and leave to stand for 20 minutes.
3. In a bowl, beat the egg yolks with the sugar until well mixed, then stir in the milk
4. Cook over a gentle heat, stirring continuously with a wooden spoon, until the custard thickens slightly and just coats the back of the spoon. Do not allow the mixture to boil or it will curdle.
5. As soon as the custard had thickened, transfer it to a clean bowl and leave to cool.
With a whisk, stir the whipping cream into the custard. Cover and refrigerate until well chilled
6. Pour the mixture into the ice cream machine and freeze according to instructions
7. Transfer to a suitable container and freeze until required
NYSC Members Storm Abuja To Seek Redeployment
Many corps members yesterday stormed the headquarters of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in Abuja to seek redeployment from parts of the country that are prone to violence. They told reporters that their desire was in line with the directive given to them. They were asked to seek redeployment in the event of any security breach in their state of primary assignment.

Oil Tanker Crushes 4 Year Old Boy
A Conoil tanker yesterday crushed a 4 year old boy, Michael Daniel, while playing in the compound. The tanker had discharged its contents and was about leaving when it realized that its tyres were stuck in the sand. A tipper came to pull it out but unfortunately, the hook attached to the tanker was detached and the tanker forcefully ramed into the fence where Michael was playing. The falling blocks of the security post fell on Michael who was playing in the residence. The four-year-old boy was buried under the rubble.
This is so sad and i pray those miscreants are caught and brought to book.

3 LASTMA Officials To Face trial Over Death Of A Conductor
3 LASTMA officials have been handed over to the police following last Thursday's incidence. They were alleged to have caused the untimely death of a conductor. One of the officials apparently dragged down the conductor from a moving bus. The conductor fell and a car ran over him, killing him instantly.
See how these touts in uniform ended a struggling man's life. Why is it that when all these officials wear their "uniforms", the wires in their brains automatically disconnect? They look for every opportunity to catch you and once they do, they'll surround you/your car like ants around sugar. They never guide but catch.
May the judge not tamper justice with mercy on this particular case.

Franjazzy's Kitchen - 3 Cup Chicken

Ingredients
1 tablespoon Peanut/Vegetable oil
1 Cup Rice wine
1 Cup Toasted sesame oil
1 Cup Light soy sauce
Ginger (Chopped)
Chilli (Chopped)
1 whole Chicken
1 tablespoon light brown sugar
Basil/Parsley
METHOD
1. Heat wok until smoky
2. Add oil and swirl around the wok
3. Put in ginger and garlic
4. Add the Chicken and let it rest with the aroma of the ginger and garlic before stirring
5. Stir until chicken becomes brown
6. Add rice wine, light soy sauce and toasted sesame oil and leave to cook
Note: Use toasted sesame oil instead of pure sesame oil because the pure sesame will keep cooking whereas the toasted sesame oil will reduce the sauce quickly
7. Add light brown sugar to caramelize the mixture
8. Pour into a serving plate and garnish with chilli and basil or parsley
